I took Andrew's 10-week online training course, Fitness and Yoga, and I'm so pleased with both my results and the course as a whole. When I had something come up unexpectedly in the middle of the program, he was so accommodating and made sure to alter my plan as needed. The variety of yoga classes, stretches and exercises on his coaching platform are invaluable and I love that I'll have continued access so I can refer back to them as needed. This program is amazing!! If you are looking for someone to create fun and effective workouts that you can do from the comfort of your own home, this is it!! I am currently on week 9 and I feel fantastic and have lots of energy!! I've gained lots of flexibility and I've lost so much weight that I need new clothes now!! The best part is there are so may different workouts to choose from, so you won't get bored with the same workout over and over again.
